We have recently made some updates and improvements to the website to enhance the user experience.
One of the improvements made is to allow any given email address to be registered only once on the system. If you have set up multiple accounts in the past, using the same email address but different passwords, you should have received an email informing you that we have deleted any multiple accounts associated with one email address and have only kept the last one you logged in to.
If you have set up multiple accounts in the past, but cannot remember the password for the last account you logged in to, you can use the boxes to the left to have a new password sent to you. Once you have the new password, you can log in and change the password to something more memorable in the 'User Centre', another new feature of the site.
Security questions are a new feature of the Brand Communications Centre registration process, so you may well have not had to set them up when you first created your account.
We would suggest that you log in and set-up security questions for your account, using the 'User Centre'.
The 'User Centre' is where you control all of your personal settings for the Brand Communications Centre. Follow these simple steps to access the 'User Centre' and make changes to your personal settings.
1) Log in to the Brand Communications Centre.
2) Click on the 'User Centre' link. This can be found in the top right hand side of the screen, next to the log out button.
3) From here you can change your password and set your security questions, as well as change your personal details for the website.
4) Be sure to press 'Update' to save your changes.
